Approval methods : You may have approved online, by email, or told us personally. When ordering online we email you back a proof of your order (if you request this proof method when ordering) and you receive an "approval link" by email, that takes you online to approve or alter your order. We have found that giving you more control over your print order with our online print ordering system makes the whole process faster and more efficient, so you are not waiting for someone to take your request and then process the changes required. What you are doing is the much-tested and vastly efficient process of logging changes online which are actioned asap. Why is this faster you ask? - because we can work more efficiently within our system by taking your online instructions and completing them, rather than taking your calls, noting and entering instructions and completing them - which also leaves us free to take your phone calls if you have any other queries. Requesting changes online also ensures we get your instructions clearly and precisely with no margin for human error, as may happen with a phone call and jotting down notes.

Finishing : Once printed, your job may pass through one or more of our finishing processes before it is quality checked and packed, ready for despatch. Your order is then couriered overnight to arrive on your door the next morning. If you're in a rural area please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
