We are the right people for the job.

Now that I've stepped up to the position of Marketing Guru, I'll admit I'm a little nervous. There is so many free marketing opportunities to take advantage of ; Facebook, YouTube and Blogging to name a few - that I feel overwhelmed with what I don't know before I even begin!

But Social Media is the way we're going, and the road to get there, and I'm excited about what we do, having been in the industry for 10 years, and I can appreciate that we have a definitive edge here at Patch with our Online Solutions and our uniquely developed In-House System, which is the technology of NOW. And it needs a lot of keeping up with and putting out there!

Apparently, if you're not blogging at least three times a week, it's not worth bothering at all. So although I love the idea of promoting the SOLUTIONS FOR PRINT that we can do - I need to take it a step further and really get the message out to YOU! Even though it may seem easier to wait for YOU to come to us - which is the way business in New Zealand tends to lean - at some point we need to see that this is not how the rest of the business world does it.

What we do have going for us is the well-worn Kiwi Tradition of "Do It Yourself". Which is great! But there are times when we do it ourselves and end up taking twice as long and at twice the price, instead of pushing a little further to investigate the right person or business for the job.
